It’s crazy to think that it has already been 16 days in quarantine. Each day feels somewhat the same and they are starting to blend together. I am very glad I started writing each day as it helps me stay aware of time and I think it will be nice to look back on. Here are 16 things you can do right NOW:

  1. Give 16 hugs (even if it is to one person)

  2. Write a list of 16 things you are grateful for

  3. Write a list of 16 people you are grateful for

  4. Find 16 reasons you love yourself

  5. Go for a 16 minute walk

  6. Reach out to 16 people (this may seem like a lot but you probably have hundreds in your contacts

  7. Make a list of 16 books you’d like to read or read again (try exploring Goodreads.com)

  8. Learn something random for 16 minutes

  9. Do 16 jumping jacks, lunges, etc.

  10. Find something in your house that is exactly 16 inches

  11. Watch 16 minutes of the Garrison Family Holiday Show (but you’ll probably want to keep watching)

  12. Learn how to count to 16 in any language

  15. Try to completely silence your mind for 16 seconds

  16. Try to come up with 16 things you can do that have to do with 16, it’s harder than you think!🤩🤪
